Our business model involves zero physical inventory, zero shipping operations, and zero supplier relationships or partnerships. This declaration is made to ensure complete transparency with Shopify and our customers regarding the nature of our business operations.

What We Sell - Digital Products Only

Our inventory consists exclusively of digital products delivered electronically. We sell PDF directories containing supplier contact lists, with file sizes ranging from 1 to 50 megabytes, delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. Our catalog includes digital guides and educational e-books in PDF format available for instant download, as well as Excel templates comprising business spreadsheets and calculators in .xlsx format.

Additionally, we provide access credentials in the form of login information for online platforms, delivered securely via email, and digital courses featuring educational video and text content accessible through streaming platforms. Our information compilations include research reports and data sets in PDF and CSV formats, all delivered digitally within minutes of purchase.

We want to be absolutely clear for Shopify compliance purposes that we do not maintain any physical inventory, do not ship tangible goods, do not engage in dropshipping, and do not facilitate third-party physical product sales. Complete Technical Failure

In cases of complete technical failure, which occur in approximately 0.1% of transactions, all of the following conditions must be met for refund consideration. Payment must be verified as successful in our system, yet no download link was received within 24 hours of purchase. Email delivery failure must be confirmed by our servers, and the customer must provide screenshots proving spam and junk folders were checked. The customer must have contacted support within 48 hours of purchase, our technical team must be unable to resolve the issue despite reasonable efforts, the customer must have no previous refund requests on file, and our IP logs must show no successful downloads occurred.

Accidental Duplicate Purchase

For accidental duplicate purchases, representing approximately 0.05% of cases, strict requirements apply. The identical product must have been purchased twice within a 60-minute window using the same payment method. Only one download can have been accessed, as verified by our system logs, and the issue must be reported within 2 hours of purchase. There must be no pattern of "accidents" in the customer's purchase history, and our system logs must confirm the duplicate transaction was indeed unintentional.

Fundamental Product Misrepresentation

In cases of fundamental product misrepresentation, occurring in approximately 0.01% of transactions, customers must prove the product received differs materially from its description. Specific false claims must be identified with supporting evidence, and complaints cannot be based on subjective quality opinions or unrealistic expectations. The issue must be reported within 24 hours with comprehensive documentation, there must be no evidence of partial product use, and management review is required for all such claims.

Refund Request Process

Customers seeking refunds under these limited exceptions must provide comprehensive documentation including their order number and transaction ID, payment method verification showing the last 4 digits, a detailed explanation with timeline of events, supporting evidence with mandatory screenshots, a declaration under penalty of perjury regarding the accuracy of their claim, and agreement to cooperate with our investigation.

Our investigation timeline ensures prompt but thorough review of all refund requests. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours, conduct an initial review within 48 hours, perform technical investigation over 3-5 business days, and provide a final decision within 7 business days. All decisions are final and non-appealable to ensure consistency and prevent abuse of the refund process.

Chargeback Prevention and Consequences

We require customers to attempt resolution directly with us before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution. This legal requirement involves submitting a formal refund request through proper channels, providing 5 business days for our response, participating in good faith resolution efforts, and exhausting all direct remedies before involving third parties.

Customers who initiate improper chargebacks face severe consequences including permanent IP banning from all our services, email address blacklisting across our entire network, addition to industry fraud databases shared among merchants, legal action for breach of contract with minimum damages of $5,000, criminal fraud referral for false claims to appropriate authorities, collection proceedings for all amounts owed plus fees, public disclosure as permitted by law, and reporting to all major e-commerce platforms including Shopify.

We maintain comprehensive anti-fraud systems to protect both our business and legitimate customers. These systems include real-time transaction monitoring that flags suspicious patterns, IP geolocation verification to prevent regional fraud, device fingerprinting to identify repeat offenders, behavioral analysis to detect abnormal purchasing patterns, purchase pattern monitoring across all accounts, multi-factor authentication available for enhanced security, manual review triggers for high-risk transactions, and machine learning fraud detection that continuously improves.
